Sosido is growing quickly, regularly welcoming new associations to our online health care professional community. We are now seeking 1 or 2 part-time Membership Coordinators to help set up and launch our new users. Hours will be flexible, project-based and can be worked remotely, with regular phone/skype contact.
Sosido (www.sosido.com) is a rapidly growing online knowledge sharing community for professional healthcare associations and their members, to speed the exchange of knowledge that will ultimately result in breakthroughs in medical science and better care for patients. Sosido provides physicians, nurses, pharmacists, lab techs, researchers and other healthcare professionals with the tools to connect with each other, and with the knowledge sources critical to their practice. Sosido is a start-up company based out of Vancouver, Canada.
The Membership Coordinator(s) will work with the Sosido team to coordinate the successful launch of the association on Sosido, including setting up member accounts and coordinating communications around launch.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a passion, curiosity and respect for the work of the Canadian and international healthcare and clinical research community;
- an undergraduate or graduate degree in a science or healthcare field and/or equivalent experience/engagement in the field; familiarity with research databases (e.g., PubMed) an asset.
- an interest in working with an innovative, rapidly-growing healthcare technology start-up company
Hours will be flexible, project-based and as needed/as available.
